
I have started a new diet that is supposed to lower my bad cholesterol and triglycerides level. Due to being on the fertility medications for so long, my total cholesterol has basically jumped through the roof. I contacted a dietician who helped my Mother with her RA (Rheumatoid Arthiritis) and decided to follow her diet. The diet mainly consists of vegetables and fruits with fish twice or thrice a week. It has been about 2 weeks.
